Frozen!

Bright and sunny again, but everything still frozen.  Supermarket delivery this morning was a bit late so a rush to catch the bus to town.  A couple of items needed in town, and then off to community choir.  This was the canal in the centre of Bingley - frozen solid both ways from the bridge.  Quite a few songs sung today, and news that we already have bookings for Christmas 2023!  There will be 12 Days of Christmas - 12 gigs spread out throughout December culminating with a Christmas concert on 17 December at Bingley Arts Centre.  The problem with that is that many churches hold their carol services on the Sunday before Christmas, so it could be that there will be numerous people who cannot take part in the community choir concert as they will be singing at churches. Our carol service is possibly going to be moved to earlier in the day this year, but probably still won't fit in with a 5pm concert.  Our first gig this year will be on Easter Saturday at the "Easter Eggstravaganza" which is usually a well attended event.  Backblipped on Sunday 22nd for Thursday 19th.
