Denial

Strava Day 598.

As per gut feeling, yesterday's cliffhanger of a bad news became unspeakable. We are all heartbroken, shocked and will most probably undergo Stages of Grief .

Since am not in any position to give details about it, will then just focus on routine: daily yoga, mindful breakfasts, reading, running after T's moments, helping with parts of Ate M's former job and will also make an effort to address my supposed "Hoarding Disorder" as per Gramps. 

Yesterday, we started cleaning parts of our former library which was filled with "stuff" from _____ years ago and he mentioned in passing that Hoarding is a Disorder which got me googling Mayo Clinic on Hoarding . 
Really wanted to protest and defend myself (in the past year, I have, walked inside malls and no longer bought books and mugs), however at the same time we still get given tumblers and mugs as souvenirs in some shoots and one of the "rewards" I gave myself was also a mug and a ______ from the blipfoto shop (Insert appropriate emoji here). 

Featured photo is a slice of how quiet mornings are enjoyed: warm cup of cocoa/dark roast, rolled oats (with cinnamon or peanut butter if available) and an extra one filled with lukewarm water. 

5:55 AM here now. T will be on modular learning for the day as his homeroom teacher (Teacher Jhonna) will be on training for the whole week. He is delighted that he does not need to go to school but dreads his AP (Araling Panlipunan) work. 

Always still grateful for family, good food, nature and space.
