Much Better!

I already had uploaded my Blip for today but I wasn't particularly happy with it. When Jen made this delicious dinner I had to make that my blip. Here we have smoky aubergine and cherry tomato salad with chick peas and shaved Manchego cheese. Delicious!

Jen's Mum is visiting us for the next couple of days. She arrives tonight and we are very excited. We have so much fun when we are with her!
