The twisted hazel in the back garden caught my eye when I was out feeding the birds . I liked the contrast of the vibrant buds and the catkins .
I went for another swim and sauna today in between teaching 2 classes. It was nice to be back teaching at Kate’s kitchen . My pal Ana came along with me, so we got a chance to catch up on the journey there and back.
My friend Carol popped round afterwards and I gave her the card I’d made of the snowdrops along with a bunch of flowers ( a belated birthday present).
Having an early night as I’m very tired . Xx
