Holburn Junction

St Jame's church at the start of Union Street stands out for not being built of the usual grey granite. As such it attracts the eye for being unusual in an otherwise grey landscape. It is a pity about the rather ugly end of terrace to the immediate east of the church. The building seems somewhat squashed by the other buildings around it, and similarly enclosed at the rear.

Another mostly cloudy day, with the temperature never rising above 1º as far as I noticed. It seems there was a nice sunset, though I never noticed it.
