Observation post.

What a grey day, as Larry Grayson used to say.  I haven't been anywhere today, but luckily, I saw this blackbird on top of the line post this morning surveying his territory. I opened the bedroom window, hoping he wouldn't fly away, and , as you can see, he didn't. Our daughter & son-in-law called this afternoon, to show us their new car, and they stayed for a coffee and a natter.
