Great morning

Despite having had a terrible night’s sleep, I was up and ready to head out the door with Kent this morning.

First stop was getting sunrise photos at our favourite spot over the NE Cape Fear River.

I then spent the rest of the morning with Kent doing the monthly ride around in the ATV.

Lots of Killdeer (as always) and I do so enjoy watching the Egrets in flight.

Although the day started out cold (32°F) it turned into a beautiful day and the water on the lake was like glass.
