Cute kitty, frustrating day

A mixed day with contrasting times.....

Trying to fix dad's flat tyre and getting frustrated we couldn't find where he stored the special locking nut......

Finding the special nut then simply not being able to get the wheel off.....

Finding some damage to the car that's happened only in the last few days.....but how?  It hasn't moved for a month and has been parked on his drive.......?

Passers-by stopping to help.  They knew dad and were shocked to hear of his accident.  A lovely couple with a cute dog who gave up their time to help us just because.......

Trying to get mobile with a UK telco.....3 shops, 3 helpful people, especially the 3rd, Tariq, who solved the problem but wouldn't accept anything for his help......

Sister T who bought a coffee machine just so I could enjoy nice coffee during my stay.....

And to top it off, I think I'm coming down with a cold.  At least, I hope its a cold and not covid. Test to come.

Camera didn't get to see the light of day today so Tui gets the honour.....
