Wool town

A nice mid-morning drive to Stenton, a village south of Haddington.

The village was known as the wool town of the Lammermuir hills, to the south, as farmers would bring their wool to be weighed and sold every year, hence the weighing scales you see here.

A very pretty village, which I had never visited before.

I hope you have enjoyed today.
