Ornate chimneys

This morning I had to go to the RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital at Gobowen for my bi-yearly injection.

It was a beautiful day so I walked there.  It's a 50 minute walk each way from my house.  There's a much more direct route but it involves a stretch of a narrow road with no pavements so I prefer the longer way as it's much safer.

Exercise on a sunny day, no petrol used or emmissions caused, no hospital parking fee so win win!

There is a beautiful black and white house near the hospital.  It's behind a high hedge so no chance of a photo but it's lovely chimneys couldn't hide from a blipper.

On the way back I saw my first celandine of the year, a great sign of spring approaching.
