Ready, steady, Dive!

It’s been a lovely day today. I went for a village walk, calling at the castle. There are always wintering black headed gulls on the Moat. They will get their black heads in the breeding season.

There must be lots of tiny creatures in there as they were diving in. They must be very small as I didn’t spot anything in a beak.

I have also been doing a bit of work in the garden as well as piano practice in preparation for this evening’s rehearsal.
