The Green Knight

We went to the village of Grosmont today. It is a small village on the moors. We didn't want to go too far today as it is our last day. Grosmont has a 1952 style British Railway station & is home to the engine sheds where the locomotives are maintained & restored. It is partly funded by proceeds from the Shed Shop. J was like a little boy. All the men on the station seemed to come alive when the train pulled in. The line runs between Whitby & Pickering.
While J took this photo of The Green Knight an elderly lady passed me & what I thought was escaping air from the train was the ladies bottom coughing. She didn't bat an eye-lid. I was embarrassed for her. J wondered what I was laughing at.
The weather today has been amazing. We have had a good week.
