Tufted Titmouse

....just coming from hair and makeup.

Today was such a balmy warm day, but we are not to get used to it because it will be colder tomorrow and back below freezing by the weekend.  

I spent a little time getting reacquainted with my camera out on the deck and was pleased when this guy landed in the Dogwood, as this is one my favorite birds. 

I was back at the gym today and I am definitely feeling 100%.  It seemed like a long haul when I was in the middle of it, but I am quite pleased and reassured that I was able to finally bounce back to normal rather quickly.
