Health Hazard

The queue of school kids in Greggs went out onto the street in Airdrie. If they eat this everyday - which they probably will they’re heading for trouble in the future!
Heart disease, bowel cancers, fatty liver, doesn’t bear thinking about :-(.
I think kids should have to stay in school at lunchtime and have school dinners or a packed lunch. 
I met Marc for coffee today, well, I had orange juice as there was nowhere that had non dairy milk for a coffee. He seems OK just now, just struggling with the cost of living like many.
The weather was atrocious, really cold, wet and windy. 
Airdrie is not my favourite place, it’s OK where Sabrina lives on the outskirts but the town itself is so run down.
I’m glad to back in the warm with the girls watching some kids TV and  now doing a jigsaw with Lucy. (extra) While Amelia has gone to ice skating.
Frank will be making veggie sausage, mash and veg yumyum!
