Spice mix

Sometimes, I do use the packet mix, but I usually don’t follow the recipe on the back exactly – they’re more guidelines [YouTube].

I’m making my take on a chorizo and chicken paella, but with sushi rice instead of paella rice, which I thought we had, but we don’t. I’ve added extra paprika, some saffron and a vegan chicken OXO cube. It’s currently simmering for twenty minutes in a full-to-the-brim pan.
