On Patrol

A working day, principally at home. I noticed these people, two Street Watch volunteers in front, a police officer and PCSO walking up the street.  Must be something that is arranged from time to time as I saw them in the same configuration late last year.  Not sure why they don’t walk together, the separation seems significant, whereas I would have thought it better for collaboration if they mixed together.  Maybe I misunderstand the significance of their positions.

From the local Facebook group, our estate isn’t a particular hotspot for illegal activity, if you discount the drivers who bomb down the road, well in excess of the speed limit. Very few reports of criminal activity show up in the group.
