Life of a bubble maker

Power loader

Had to drop the camper off at the garage this morning so Darwin had a quick walk to the park while J went training. Worked from home as I was waiting to hear back from the garage. Got the quote around 10.30 and it wasn’t good. £350 to get the lock fixed and £900 to fix the engine management light. Seems the CO2 sensor had gone in the engine. I’m sure it’s overpriced for the work as I don’t believe it’s 6 hours work to change the sensor over and the part is £300 but that’s what you get for going to a main dealer and needing to get it fixed. Phoned them to reluctantly agree to the work only to be told it would be Monday till it’s done as they need to order a part in. Finished work and decided to walk up town with the dogs, called RD to see if they were around and they were in a local pub, so we headed over to meet them for a few beers and a catch up. Pizza for dinner as it was later than we thought when we got back. Did manage to get a bit more painting done as well and almost in a position to start on the power loader.
