Fly by

I haven't blipped in a while! I've been extremely busy and stressed, working crazy hours in the lab and having meetings all over the shop.

This shot was taken through a train window on my way back from London after a meeting. I had to get up at 5.30 a.m. in order to get to the meeting on time, but this was ameliorated by the fact that my chum Ciao was also up at the same time in order to drive to Diamond Light Source, so he gave me a lift to the station.

He and I have decided that we will be going to Guernsey to visit Tinford this summer! I am very excited about it. Hooray for holidays!
