Weather vane

The weather cooperated today to enable N to erect his new weather vane. We are both very pleased with it as it is a great piece of craftsmanship from a small British business. It also seems to be pointing in the right direction for today’s wind.
I continued with a bit more spring cleaning today, filing bits of paper that have been piling up in the “in tray” for far too long! When Bertie and I were out for our walk in the afternoon it felt almost spring-like and I spotted a few bits of blue stuff between the clouds.
