Freshly baked cookies!

These are the ginger and biscoff stuffed cookies

It was the most challenging cookie I’ve ever made.

It started with caramelising white chocolate, it’s a long process but it really levels up the taste and makes it nuttier!

The dough you leave fairly lose and crumbly before tipping it all on the side and combining it into dough balls with your hands!

I made 28 dough balls (4 have no biscoff) and there are 20 left in the freezer!

They taste amazing, and the biscoff oozes out properly!

They’ve been a hit with the boys too!
