At the edge of the trail

Someone has been collecting odd bits of garbage and stacking them at the edge of the trail down to the beach. This rusty old propane tank is a new addition since we last walked down. I think that the parks guys will be collecting and disposing of all the garbage. Thank goodness for them.
I had a really good walk this morning. It was very frosty so a bit slippy, but I increased my pace and walked a bit further. I know I'm going to be ready for that 10K walk with my "girls" and cousins! I want to be able to keep up with the young ones, even if I "used to be an athlete", Kalyn!
