The Battle of Boar's Head

Mother is still with us.   I left her bedside at lunchtime in search of lunch and a Blip. Very surprised to find this WW1 memorial that I've not noticed before, in a park near the hospital.  The Royal Sussex Regiment lost soldiers in the battle who are imaginatively remembered in this modern CWGC memorial  .
