I'll be frank (although if you call it out, I probably won't answer), this kestrel has had more than their share of processing love... Even so, I think there's sufficient detail in there to be an acceptable shot. I like the way in which the wing tips are slightly motion blurred while the tail feathers remain as still as the head. Lunch was caught, in fact, but just over the tree line and I missed it. Like the unlucky fisherman, it behooves me to regale you with the one that got away... ;-)
