Ice cream

I had to take a trip to Castle Douglas to find pureed chestnuts in order to make Nigella Lawson's no churn chestnut ice cream.  It is currently in the freezer so cannot be eaten until tomorrow, but chef's privilege is to scrape the mixing bowl, it was rather nice.
