Lyons Tea giving out free cups of tea at the bandstand today.

I had a VBBD (venerable belly button dunk) this morning followed by a lovely walk. You can see the soft blue tones in the sky and no breeze at all.

The Lyons trailer was shiny and distorting. - look at the bandstand to the left.

There were lots of people out walking, jogging, cycling, breakfasting along the seafront. A great way to kick off Sunday.

I just love being by the sea.
