The Wash

We are staying in Norfolk for a few days and visited RSPB Snettisham today.  We timed our arrival at The Wash just right so that the birds were being pushed into shore with the high tide.  The photos aren't great as the light was very poor but I liked them as they remind me of why I love Norfolk for birdwatching.  Although we see a good variety of birds at home in Cheshire, we never see flocks this large.
