Nahhhh Just Frank. :—) I went to Physical Therapy today. Says he may can help strengthen my torn meniscus in my knee but says the only cure for the arthritis is titanium. I replied that I pray my knees outlive me! :—) we will see if PT helps. I don’t have much pain in them. I just don’t want to keep falling if it can be prevented. We will see!
After that, we had a quiet day. Sat on the porch a while. The extra shows another porch critter. Turk. He’s so friendly and just wants to be where we are.
