With the Fringe on Top

“Chicks and ducks and geese better scurry” they sang in Oklahoma! But whilst there were a few mallard courting couples scuttling along on the Bridgewater Canal at Lymm on Valentines Day today, my title only came to mind once I’d decided to flip these canal-side crocuses upside down.

You wait two-years for another water reflection blip and then two of mine come along at once on consecutive days (sorry). At least todays wasn’t me wagging off work yet again to go fly fishing, but based on a lovely sunny walk along the canal out to the Pickering Arms in Thelwall and back with Mrs B. There, we had a lovely pint and a half of Timothy Taylors Landlord. I know how to spoil that girl.
