Glendurgan Garden

Last day down in Cornwall. We left late afternoon and now safely home. 

We opted to visit the NT garden at Glendurgan, home to the Fox family originally. Delightful subtropical gard3ns with some quirky features such as the maze based on one in Sidney Gardens, Bath and the Giants Stride swing for children . We liked the fact that you could  walk down to the hamlet of Durgan which we had seen from above yesterday. There’s an old schoolroom there and fish stores . Lots of families were enjoying the little beach . 
Later we returned to Maenporth Cove for lunch with a view.
