The Lane

WEDNESDAY

A sunny beginning and end to the day with a cold, grey afternoon.

It's been a while, three weeks to be precise, but this morning I managed to get out for a 5km run up to Norland Moor and back. I am well out of practice, but managed a pace of 6:30 /km.

Sorted out a few loose ends and appointments today.
