Feeding Time

Briefest of visits to the zoo, mostly to get out membership cards sorted but we paid a brief visit to the penguins, saw a few lemurs (wisely staying indoors on a chilly day) and a few other animals and had time for some tea 'n' cake. Quite why they feel the need to have this whole 'order on your phone' system, as it didn't seem to work for us and so a member of staff had to come and take the order anyway. Why not have that as the system? Give the waiting staff mobile devices to take the orders instead of making customers do it. I suspect I sound about a hundred saying this!
