Rissoles

Lots of pre-meetings and preparations for our Tanzania and Mozambique government delegation meeting tomorrow. But it wouldn’t be Maputo if I wasn’t snapping large tenements along tree-lined avenues. It’s great to be in Maputo, snacking on prawn rissoles once again.
