Lunch

Z had a hospital appointment quite early.  Afterwards, we all (including R, who took a long lunch break) went for lunch at a restaurant in Lomma.  Neither girl had been there before, but it had good reviews on Google - and it was an excellent, and quite large, meal.

Afterwards, we had a quiet late afternoon before R went off to the gym, leaving G to make (with the "help" of Milo) pancakes for dinner (see extra).  Now quite stuffed!
