Flamingo

From accounts from other visitors we expected to see lots of evidence of bird trapping and shooting in Malta, but I'm pleased to say we haven't seen any at all. BirdLife Malta are doing a great job educating and changing attitudes, and have also set up some brilliant reserves and reforestation projects. This Flamingo is one of two currently at their Ghadira Reserve in Mellieha.
