Winter Storm Watch

The sky was an impossible blue this afternoon. Heavy cloud above. The forecast showed "Winter Storm Watch" for tomorrow. Over the previous days predicted snow accumulations ranged from 6" to 10" and back. We will have to wait for reality.

I softened the ice in this image to push focus back to the trees and brought out more detail in them. I would prefer no buildings, but trees on the left restricted my view.

Some geese took off and flew into my shot, but shutter speed was too slow and they were a blur.
