'That' wall

What a beautiful day, it's felt very springlike. Yay!

Met Norm for a coffee and walk up at St Ives - he did well up the hill last time but even better today :-)

Went for a run this evening. I was a bit slower but went the harder way, up the Three and Five Rise Locks and then back along busy roads, having to stop at crossings every few hundred yards. Felt good again though.

Learned some more new embroidery stitches - loop, lazy daisy and rose. The last two are fun to do. Think I'm going to enjoy 'proper' embroidery once I'm up to speed.
