Vitamin C

I’ve had a weekly fruit and vegetable box for about 3 years now. I can look up the contents in advance and make changes but mostly I don’t. Today , I got onions, potatoes, chestnut mushrooms, pointed pepper, courgettes and leeks. The fruit selection was apples and then 12 clementines. I was a little surprised at the amount but they’ll be perfect for the lunch box this week.
