Colourful camellia

A quick blip at the end of a busy day, spent mostly doing household jobs prior to the family coming for the weekend.

I’ve also made a card for a dear friend of ours who had an 11-hour operation on Monday. I walked round to his house to pop it through the letterbox this afternoon, and was delighted to see this beautiful camellia bush en route. Later this afternoon his wife rang to say that he’s making good progress, for which I’m so grateful.
