The Jumblies

It's been a busy day for sure, including art class, coffee with Kate, photo session with Ben, blip (friend) meets with pensionpoet, ukulelehayley and davidd and Open Mike night at Wylde Sky.

This is Ben who missed his graduation due to Covid.  We hired the gown for a week, at eye watering expense, in order for me to take some nice photos for posterity.  Today wasn't the greatest photo session but I've learned some do's and don'ts and have until the end of the weekend to improve. 

The rest of the day was a fun and sociable one including cake, beer, jazz, friends and a surprise rendition of 'The Jumblies' by Edward Lear 'Their heads are green, and their hands are blue,. And they went to sea in a Sieve.....' at the Brewery late at night!

I knew every word of that poem and will save why for another day.
