Preparation!

My next order is being prepared!

This one is for a 40th birthday and my first celebration cheesecake order.

The base is lotus biscoff biscuits, with some arranged so that when the filling is poured in they will be peeping through.

The filling will be made on Friday and added to it and this will be salted caramel flavoured.

The topping will be biscoff ganache and an array of Galaxy and kinder chocolates.

Happy to be having a steady stream of orders at the moment. It’s slowly building through word of mouth which is exactly how I wanted to build Dessert Monsters up!
