Snowdrop Festival

A lovely walk this morning in the gardens of Gargunnock House which are open for the Scottish Snowdrop Festival. Nine of us and two dogs had an enjoyable wander through the woods and round the walled garden. The sun is shining brightly though in the shade it was quite chilly. The snowdrops are starting to fade - already - but the daffodils are starting to come out as are some of the rhododendrons.

I find snowdrops very hard to photograph so I've made this blip rather than try to replicate the swathes blooming under the trees. I've deleted a lot of half hearted attempts.

The weather is great. Two loads of washing are drying on the line and the garden here is calling me.
