Happy Carnaval

Celebrating Carnaval after three years of Covid Lockdowns what prohibited such partying, people go happy around again and celebrate.

Not as big parties as I know from the South of the Netherlands, but happy they are too ... altho.  this guy accepted my bliprequest he looks beyond me camera
