Notes: Woke from deep groggy sleep just before 7a - a lot later than I expected. Headed to Walmart, busier than I thought and Customer Service not open. Got 2 gals distilled water to take on the work trip and a couple other little things (incl the Coco Whip for key lime pie). Watched some vids over coffee and then made eggs w/ avo and a bagel at 11. Went to the pool for a bit after but was mostly cloudy and didn't stay long. Packed a bunch and then later made the cubed salmon w/ coco aminos, garlic, EVOO, salt over RightRice (made w/ lentils & such) and a side arugula salad - also had one of the mango beers.
