Havin your cake and eat it

I was warned you had to be early if you wanted cakes from the new European style patisserie, Havin, in Bridge of Allan so I was not surprised to find this afternoon that they had sold out. 
 
Havin is creating something of a storm here because it offers something different: freshly cooked European breads and pastries at a reasonable price. 
 
The name comes from Kobenhavn, the Danish name for Copenhagen. A team of young women, including one from Copenhagen, her home city, run it.
