The Lozarithm Lens

Hazeland (Sunday 26th February 2023)

Last Sunday's walk from Black Dog was thwarted by impassable footpaths, equipment failures and one user error. At the time of the camera failure discovery I had already taken several shots of sheep in the field in an attractive light between a cycle path and the River Marden. I took more then after I thought I'd fixed the problem, but as it turned out I had not.
Today my second attempt was also thwarted, this time by the sheep not being in the field anymore. I drove on to Stanley and did two walks along the cycle path but the only sheep I saw were far away on the horizon, and it wasn't until I was on the way home that I found a different flock close to the road on Hazeland Hill, leading to the Dumb Post inn, and got my sheep pictures.
In Extras is a shot of the porch as it looked at breakfast time this morning.
