Nothing energetic …

….. ….. ….. today. I thought it was time for a day off!
Missy didn’t seem to mind at all, but it did get hot this afternoon which she doesn’t enjoy.
Even yoga this morning was restful and very slow.
We all enjoyed it though and and said we’d like to do that one again.
I popped over to a neighbour’s this afternoon to see how she’s getting on after her major hip operation. She had her usual smile on and is so relieved to have the op behind her but is itching to be able to get on with doing this again! I know that feeling.
