A day of cold showers, and a trip to see the medical practice nurse with my painful ear. I've been given antibiotics. The infection has made the inside of my left ear very swollen and even deafer than usual. Oh, except for tinnitus - I can hear that very loud and clear!

That aside, it's been a pleasant day indoors. More knitting and another old film, plus a brief visit to my daughter's. An early night beckons ...
