Out of the Dug Out

A working day interspersed with a short walk at lunchtime and longer one this evening for me (Chris). As I've done the last two years, I'm aiming to do 10,000 steps a day in March. Working from home so frequently has made me quite lazy, it is too easy just to keep working and not stop until you're so tired in the evening, you don't have the energy for anything else. Actual office days are just more active and often involve a good amount of exercise both within and getting to the office. So, I need to challenge myself so everyday has activity. 

Annie is back from working in Wales this evening, good to have her home.
