On fire

Almost missed this! Even though it was a bit chilly we had friends and neighbours over for the first BBQ of the season, the vote was to wrap up and eat outside. The wine and the stories were flowing and nobody was noticing this (at least those without blip vision) and luckily I saw some pink reflected in the window and turned to see this. It was spectacular!

I wanted To crop out the tree but would have lost too much water reflection and made it too square. Will have to get out the chainsaw!

Check out the same view yesterday... It's amazing how skies can look so different from one day to the next.
