Sunset Stroll

A chilly wind but a lovely day which ended with a few hours of wall to wall blue skies.   C is back from her travels, her completion date agreed and good news on the onward move to live with and near her family.   The Megs enjoyed chasing each other around as we walked the riverside path with John.   Almost six o'clock when the blip pic was taken - on John's phone since muggins had left his in the car.   Lighter evenings ahead :-)

This morning John helped me moving topsoil and sand into the front garden ready for the new raised bed, a long outstanding job, it made light work having two of us involved.  We had lunch at King's Cafe before a gentle afternoon.  I got some little admin jobs sorted and pottered in the greenhouse for a little while.   This evening we spent some time at pottery where I worked on refining the house number plate.   A decent day all round.
